On this page I'd like to showcase some of the websites I've worked on.

Some will have been done completely by me and some will have been done in conjunction with Bad Dad Design, a web design company that I work with on some jobs.

One of the first projects I worked on was Zpots, a website for potters in VT. The site was designed by Bad Dad Design and I did the programming and e-commerce installation and set up. They are now able to sell to the Wholesale and Retail market, offering different prices for each.

Since then websites I'll be working on in the near future include -

http://sales.cms.channing-bete.com/ - this is the Channing Bete Company's new Web Board that's used by multiple Departments including Sales & Marketing. It's used as a "one stop shop" location where employees can find info on products, markets, media, etc. I've installed a User Forum and a Document Management System as 2 key components to this site.
Unfortunately because this is an internal company website I can't show you any of the contents or design unless I do it in person.

www.atlanticalternative.com - Green energy, solar powered, installation and retail. It's mostly an informational site that'll show pictures of installs and act as a point of contact for new clients.
This site was originally created by the owner and was nothing more than a 1 page site with static contact info.

www.playersofinstruments.com - This is a site I created for a friend that has a Masters in Music. He wanted to have his Thesis located on the site but have it locked behind a private user login so that only friends with the password could view his work. In the future he'll be looking to do much more with this.

www.hennaelements.com - This site is for a Henna artist and has a focus on images and information. With the focus being so heavy on Images I had to really review and experiment with all the Gallery options that are available. Finding something that met her needs and design style took a lot of time but in the end she was very happy with the way it came out.

www.stopspewingcarbon.com - This is a grassroots website that I built which has a focus on reducing Carbon emissions from Biomass Plants. It has social networking tools integrated (ie Twitter, Facebook, etc) and includes other tools for group organizing such as a calendar of events, google maps, contacts, etc. This site has recieved a lot of publicity lately and so it needs to be updated often and configured correctly in order to keep up with all the changes and provide a look that works and works well when new visitors arive.

All of these customers are small businesses or non profits looking to increase their presence on the web and reach out to a much wider marketplace.

On my own website www.summerraindesigns.com I'll also showcase some of the features and functionality that I'll be able to provide to you should you choose to use my services.
